When Adam enrolled in CDL school, one of the best pieces of advice he received was to apply for the NWWIB’s FORWD and WAI 2.0 programs. That decision became a game changer. With their support, much of Adam’s tuition and expenses were covered—making his new career path possible. For Adam, this experience was a reminder that it’s never too late to start fresh. After finishing training, Adam accepted a position with AM Express out of Escanaba, MI. When the company visited his CDL school, he was impressed by what they offered and knew it was the right fit. Today, Adam is proud to be part of their team.
Looking back, Adam says the NWWIB gave him an incredible opportunity that truly changed the course of his life. For that, he is deeply thankful.
