"When I first applied for the program, I did so with one goal in mind — to change the trajectory of my career and build a better future for my family. As the primary provider for a family of five, financial pressure was constant. I knew I needed more than just a job; I needed a long-term career with stability and growth. Through this opportunity, I was able to receive the training necessary to safely operate Class A commercial vehicles and successfully earn my CDL, including my bus/passenger endorsement. The training not only strengthened my technical driving skills, but also boosted my confidence, discipline, and overall professional performance. There were moments when the financial strain felt overwhelming, but this program removed the biggest barrier — cost. That support allowed me to fully focus on my training and my goals instead of worrying about how I would afford it.After completing the program, I researched local companies, applied myself, and secured employment with Anderson’s Towing and Bus Company. Today, I am proud to be working in a career that provides stability for my family and continued opportunity for advancement. This experience has been life-changing.
