Jerry Hennell is not a tech person. Even the car he drives is old school (it has a manual transmission). However, last January he was instructed to get an Apple Watch to monitor his heart rate while cross country skiing. This meant he now would also need a cellphone and an Ipad. With these three new devices, he ran into a barrier: Jerry had no idea how to use them. Thus, Digital Navigator, Jake Koval, came to the rescue!
Since their initial meeting, Jerry has gone to see Jake weekly for the last few months for his tech expertise. Jerry appreciates that Jake is never condescending, has great patience and goes about his work with professionalism. He finds that the CLICK program is a worthwile program and we are proud to serve him. Go Jerry!
